XCELFIT Weight Management Truth

Ultimately it will always come back to this… if you restrict your calories enough and/or exercise like an insane person you will probably lose weight!  The question you ought to be asking though is if excessive caloric restriction and professional athlete-like exercise programs are the sensible solution for the average person.  One of the sad truths about the fitness and diet industry is that they continue to design programs and products aimed at the same extreme, 5 to 10 percent group of people!  Why?   You’d be surprised at the horrible success rates of most commercial diets.

You won’t go a day without seeing a commercial about an exercise program or diet that will have you running around looking like a professional fitness model or pro athlete in no time flat.  What was P.T. Barnum’s favorite expresssion?  Something like “there’s a sucker born every minute.”

One of our most important goals at XCELFIT is to help you break the cycle of wasting your time, money and hope on the misleading diets and exercise programs that you are constantly being told you need to buy to finally become the fit and lean person you have always hoped to be.  Just in case you didn’t already realize it, the people you see on the infomercials workout for a living and most of them would technically qualify as having eating disorders based on how overly focused they are on calories and restricted eating!
